Just as the Tories lie about ensuring workers rights and health and safety regulations are safe after we leave the EU, Boris Johnson continues his Euro-Lies and puts them in his resignation letter to Theresa May! Furthermore, The Tory Government continue to reject a Bill which would save lives. The Old Tyres Bill was rejected by Tory Minister Jesse Norman for the fifth time in the House of Commons yesterday. Like everything else to do with the European Union, lies, deceit, and deliberate misrepresentation of the EU continues at the same level during the EU Referendum campaign of 2016. Johnson's latest round of outright lies about the EU were exposed by Channel Four News' Factcheck department as being part of his resignation letter earlier this week in which he told Theresa May: “If a country cannot pass a law to save the lives of female cyclists — when that proposal is supported at every level of UK Government — then I don’t see how that country can truly be called independent.” Factcheck's analysis of his letter made it clear that his statements are false on every count of EU Road Safety legislation.
